Nick has been with the New Zealand Police for the last 22 years, with the last 12 years specialising in Crime Prevention and working with 'Families In Risk'. Nick set up a programme called Community Approach that was used as a blue print by the New Zealand Police to duplicate projects around New Zealand.

Nick has travelled extensively throughout Australasia and speaking at various conferences about his work and has just recently returned from the Republic of Palau, having set up their Juvenile Justice System.

Nick is also a regular speaker at the annual Promise Keeper's events, along with being a popular speaker to community & youth groups, organisations, churches and conferences.

Nick is married to a wonderful Samoan princess and they have three lovely daughters and they live in Auckland.
